Bishop Auckland Golf Club offers three options for Corporate Membership of the Club subject to terms and conditions. Please see these options and conditions below.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

Subscribers to the Corporate Golf membership Scheme will be required to accept in writing, and be bound by, the rules and conditions relating to the Scheme as laid down by the Committee of Bishop Auckland Golf Club. The Committee may in its sole discretion vary the rules, subscription amount or any other terms or conditions at any time, although notice of the variation will be provided to the Subscriber as soon as possible thereafter.

1) The Corporate Sponsorship Golf Scheme will entitle the Subscriber to:-

OPTION (i) - 50 "Tee times" per year with a maximum of four players per "Tee time" at a cost of £1000 + VAT. (This option can be used towards a Corporate Golf Day)

OPTION (ii) - "OPEN GOLF", Unlimited number of "Tee times" per year (limited to one per day) with a maximum of four players per "Tee time" at a cost of £1800 + VAT (this includes one full membership for named person).

OPTION (iii) - "OPEN GOLF, Unlimited number of "Tee times" per year with a maximum of four  players per "Tee time" per day at a cost of £2,200 + VAT. (This includes full membership for two named players.

In conjunction with the above schemes, a Corporate Golf Day Facility can be organised by prior arrangement with the Golf Club Hon. Secretary. NOTE:- Minimum of twelve players (weekdays only). No vouchers allowed on these days.

2) A "Tee time" represents one round of golf. One year is a rolling year from the date the application is accepted. The facility will be subject to Course availability and "Tee times" depending on Major Competitions e.g. County matches/Men's, Ladies',  Seniors' Competitions & visiting parties.

3) "Tee times" are available on weekends and weekdays and must be booked through the Hon. Secretary/Professional at least 24 hours in advance.

4) Access to the Clubhouse/Course will only be on production of a valid Subscriber's Voucherto the Club Professional prior to play.

5) Allocation of "Tee times" which are bookable up to 12 weeks in advance, will be entirely at the discretion of the Secretary. All subscribers must comply with these instructions to ensure the smooth operation of the Corporate Sponsorship Golf Scheme, proper use of the facilities and respect for Club Members' rights.

6) The hours of operation of the Course and Clubhouse will be advised to Subscribers on enquiry.

7) In respect of Etiquette and Dress Code, all subscribers and guests are required to observe the standards expected from Members of the Golf Club. Please refer to "Visitors Generla Terms and Conditions" in the Corporate package. Please note that the holder of the Corporate ticket is responsible for their guests/players using the Corporate voucher and adhering to all Club rules.

8) The Golf Club cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or bodily injury sustained by any subscriber or their guests arising out, or in any way connected with, the use of the Golf Course or Clubhouse. All Subscribers and their guests are expected to carry whatever insurance is appropriate to cover any such risks.

9) The Committee of the Golf Club reserves the right to close the Course or Clubhouse as and when it sees fit.

10) 24 hours notice must be given for any cancellation of "Tee times". If this is not adhered to this will be deducted from the total balance of "Tee times" remaining. If a "Tee time" is not available because of Course closure then another time will be substituted in lieu.

11) The process of applying for and being accepted into the Corporate Sponsorship Golf Scheme shall be a matter for the Club's Committee to determine. The Committee shall have absolute discretion in deciding whether to accept or reject an application without stating any reasons.

12) If any Subscriber or their guests are found to have conducted themselves in way which is detrimental to the Golf Club's interests where a previous warning has already been given then the Subscription may be terminated with immediate effect without any refund of fees.

13) Payment of fees must be made in full at the beginning of any year or such other date as the Secretary may indicate and in the event they are not paid on time, subscription can be cancelled.

14) Subscription in any year will continue into a following year unless the Subscriber, prior to the start of a new year, issues a Notice of Termination.

15) Unused "Tee times" cannot be carried forward to the next year.
